Ukraine’s national women’s tennis team has achieved a historic milestone, qualifying for the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in Shenzhen, China, after a decisive victory over Switzerland.
The team dedicated their win to Ukraine’s defenders and to the thousands of Ukrainian children who remain deported to Russia, separated from their families and homeland. As Easter approaches, their message is clear: “We play and win because of our heroes — and we remember every child still waiting to come home.”
