International Coalition

The International Coalition was launched in Kyiv on February 2, 2024, and is co-chaired by Ukraine and Canada. It unites 46 countires and international organizations countries and serves as a platform for coordinating the diplomatic, humanitarian, legal, and informational efforts of foreign governments that, together with Ukraine, are working to address the problem of the deportation of children.

As of February, 2026, the Coalition includes 46 members: Andorra, Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada (co-chair), Chile, Costa Rica, the Council of Europe, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, European Union, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine (co-chair), the United Kingdom, and the United States. You can advocate for your country to join the Coalition too — write to your government and help make the return of Ukrainian children a global priority.
